La peor experiencia que he tenido, fui a comprar una estufa y un horno de hondas, todo muy bien en la orden y fecha de entrega, el problema vino cuando trajeron mi orden, la estufa era lo que llaman "open box", yo pague por una nueva no por una que quizas retornaron con un golpe, esto es increible y luego el problema para comunicarme y hacer el cambio. HORRIBLE!!!
