I'm angry at their delivery services. I had ordered a washer/dryer. They came out and said that they wouldn't install because they thought I should have a new gas valve. I got the new gas valve and rescheduled the delivery. Best Buy delivery came back two weeks later and said they wouldn't install the washer and dryer due to the fact the wrong dryer vent was ordered. Why didn't the delivery driver tell me that two weeks earlier when he came out the first time? AS the old saying goes, "Haste makes waste". They didn't even take the time the first time they came out to tell me everything that was wrong. They wasted my time. They wanted me to reschedule a third time but I decided to buy elsewhere as the delivery driver had scratched my walls the second time he came out. I had just spent $3,750 on painting the entire interior of the residence! They told me that they have a company called Sedgwick for insurance for such things but Sedgwick doesn't even call me back and won't email me back. I'm also using this property as a rental so each week I don't get my washer and dryer, Best Buy is holding up my business. I'm loosing rent money too! Also, a lady I know was out near the street when the delivery guys drove up and she told me one of them was complaining about his job and said that all he did was work, work , work. I think their delivery drivers should get a job elsewhere as they do such a poor job.
