"Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with Best Buy, What went wrong?" Like Best Buy cares. What a joke! Poor communication, tried to over charge me(got a gift card after numerous phone calls listening to horrible music while on hold and a partial refund on my Elite membership when I canceled today, original installation knocked out my Sonos system as the tech did not know what he was doing, with few exceptions(I talked to many) phone answerers, area managers and those that came to the house demonstrated a lack of giving a damn(ended up calling Sonos and got that problem resolved), 7 months after my purchase of Lorex security cameras I am having trouble with the main screen. Despite being an "Elite Service Member" I was told I would be charged for an appointment for trouble shooting(was not originally explained), phone calls not returned despite pressing 1 and hearing I would get a call in 6 minutes. That was about 2 hours ago, and in general(with a couple of exceptions, customer chat worked . Only had to chat with 2 people this time) terrible customer treatment, service and a lack of professionalism. Was suggested I unplug and replug my Lorex set up or call Lorex. All smiles when they get the money. After that misery! I canceled my membership. AVOID doing business with this company. Saving a few dollars up front is not worth the aggravation to follow. Avoid Best Buy as there is nothing "Best" about the experience with the company!
