I placed my online order without a problem. It was when I called customer service to change the order that I ran into problems. Wait times to speak to an associate or interminable. I got a run around, with each associate telling me I had to speak to someone else (which of course entailed another long wait).It took me three days to reach a member of the geek squad, who gave me information I could use to solve my problem. I will never use Best Buy again. Customer service is abysmal.
