The worst experience of my life. I will never, ever again in my life order anything from Best Buy. They have the absolute worst customer service and their insurance claim company, Sedgwick, is also terrible. They all lie, are incompetent and don't care about their customers. Long story short, they installed a washer improperly that caused a huge leak in my home. Its been over a month and after many, many calls and emails they have not even done anything to repair the damages. They are terrible. If they don't start to resolve these issues I will definitely sue them. Best Buy is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with.
