I bought a game for my grandson on Black Friday and was told I'd get it on the 12th of December. Then at about 10 p.m. I get an email that says I may not get it until the 30th. Since then I have checked the reviews on Best Buy. I was shocked that so many people were disappointed with them. I should have done my homework.
I did return the email they sent to tell me they weren't going to do what they promised, but I'm sure they never got it. I haven't heard back from them at all.
From what I can see, "The customer's always right" is a phrase that Best Buy has never heard before. Live and Learn.
