Best buy is the absolute worse! Customer Service is nonexistent. After spending 2k on a washer and dryer, the bootleg delivery/installation folks claim they couldn't hook it up. And had nerve enough to keep lurking around as if they were waiting on a tip.
I called the 800 do schedule the install for later and was given a specific date and delivery window. I was told I would receive a confirmation the day. After waiting all day for the automated call I finally call them only to find out they rescheduled my delivery for 3 days later. No call, no email, no text, no nothing. Not to mention I took the day off work in order to be here for the installation. I called 4 times and was disconnected each time by some incompetent customer service agents who don’t know how to put calls on hold or transfer calls. When asking to speak to a manager I was left on hold for over an hour when the system rebooted itself and took me back to the beginning. When I finally talked to a manager name “David” (im pretty sure that wasn’t his real name) he was absolutely no help. He did not resolve my issue and actually tried to give me an installation date 2 days later than the already rescheduled date that I did not ask for in the first place.
When I told him to come get the washer dryer and issue me a refund he tells me he can’t pick it up for 2 weeks. So I’m just supposed to let them hold my money for that long because of their own incompetence. I have been a faithful best buy customer for over 20 years but not anymore. I had just added a $3500 refrigerator to my cart to purchase this week. I’m so glad I didn’t. I AM DONE WITH THEM. Now I know why people avoid them at all cost. Their customer service is all over seas and it sucks! They do not care anything about your concerns or the inconvenience they cause wit their incompetence. Two hours of my life I will never get back.
