Customer Of "Bad"Buy.com
Unless you go into the store and directly purchase something, it is a terrible company from which to order online. Customer service by phone is awful. I am as liberal as the next and in support of people working, regardless of color/etc., but it is so difficult at times to understand the person on the other end. Recently, the person on the other end hardly understood me, and I had the sense that he was just going through the motion. Well, the request to have the item shipped to a different address never went through, UPS returned the item to Best Buy, I was refunded, and could not re-purchase the item because it was no longer sold at the ridiculous Black Friday sale price. Then today I got notice that because I (had a busy work week and did not promptly) pick up an item from the store, they also cancelled that purchase (already paid for) and are refunding me. Terrible big-chain company.
