I ordered a game online for next-day delivery so I made sure I was home all day to receive it.
A few hours later I get a text saying it was being returned and I will be issued a refund. No other explanation was given.
I go to the tracking information online and it tells me that they attempted to deliver my package but were unable to (which is untrue because I was home), then right underneath it, it says no attempt was made.
I call customer service to be on hold for 30 minutes. I finally get put through to someone and they transfer me to another department. I get placed on hold for another 20 minutes and when I finally get through, they hang up seconds later.
I decide to try and do the virtual chat with an assistant instead. I am told it will be a 45-minute wait...2 hours later, it's telling me there's a 35-minute wait, and (shocking) suddenly the chat won't load anymore and asks me to request assistance again (no thanks).
Don't get me wrong, I'm not upset that my item was returned - I understand these things happen. I'm upset that I am not given an explanation why and am also unable to reach anyone to help me, and the tracking notifications are completely inconsistent (don't tell me you made an attempt to deliver the package then say no attempt was made - confusing much?).
