Ordered a Refrigerator on October 5, 2021 because they gave me a delivery date of Dec. 4 The day before delivery they canceled the delivery and said I needed to reschedule. But there was no date because the item was now unavailable. So I canceled and then they charged charged my account for the package discount even though they claimed item was in stock. Do not trust Best Buy that your item will be delivered at all. They made me wait all that time and I think they know what they're doing just to get you to order from them. I had another bad experience with them last year as the delivery guys walked off with some of my tools. Best Buy never contacted me to apologize or anything.
