Telescope purchased online as Christmas present was delivered with missing product activation code. Spent 50mins on the phone with customer service who were not able to help me. First agent offered to ship an replacement but would arrive too late. Unable to hear him over the barks of several dogs in the background. He then transferred me to a different agent to try to get a replacement code. 2nd agent says she cannot provide the code and that I need to go back to the store to get replacement. I told her that no store within 250miles carry the product. She had no options to offer me. Transferred me to another agent who then offered to ship an replacement again but also will not arrive in time. Contacted manufacturer directly and received a replacement code. Terrible customer service.
