I purchased an air conditioner, BBY01-806549106683. Nonetheless, to my complete surprise as well as disappointment Best Buyer unilaterally cancelled my order. Further, it failed to even inform me of this cancellation. To compound my disappointment, when I reached out by chat to speak with a representative about this matter, I was rudely disconnected. I have been a Best Buyer customer for many, many years…but no longer after this experience.
