I would never buy another item from this company again. I attempted to buy my washer from this company and they gave me the run around just for me to receive my item from their delivery team. Forget calling customer service to state a complaint, they all read off the same script and they do not go outside of it to help the customer. I ended up cancelling my item from them and once I did that they stuck to the script that they can do nothing to help me because I cancelled my item. I told them I would never buy another item from them ever again. There are so many companies out there I could buy from with better customer Service that would price match Best Buys prices and give you the service as a customer you deserve!
