One hour after placing order, I could not cancel a printer order even though the estimated delivery was for 9 days later. Have called customer support three times, chat and email. Told I could not cancel order after 30 minutes of placing it. Still trying to cancel three days later. Never will order from Best Buy again. Would have been so easy to cancel on Amazon. Would be willing to pay 10-20% more to not have to order from Best Buy again after this experience.
