From the limited staff to the incentives they offer I give Best Buy a rating of 0. The customer service person that waited on me change my delivery three times and then blamed me for changing it. I bought a sound bar and was supposed to get six months of Apple Music only to find out that if you had an apple phone you were already in Apple subscriber so you couldn’t get the offer. Nothing they do make sense to me. From now on I’m going to purchase my electronics at ABT Or somewhere else other than Best Buy. Get it together Best Buy! From bestbuy.com to the individual stores it doesn’t seem like anyone knows what they’re doing.
