Best Buy Leadership and the store manager and assistant store manager from WhiteMarsh Md location don’t care about customers all they care about is taking customers money and offering every excuse in the book. Consumers please be aware of the Geek Squad Protection Warranty, it’s a scam and when they come out to repair your warranty product(s) they don’t close the case me meaning that’s how they skirt around the their own Lemon Law. Their full of $hit and and the A$$whole Geek Squad District Mgr. Mr. Fluk is a A$$whole who just was promoted to his current position he is a clueless A$$whole… Afetr this replacement I will never purchase another item from Best Buy. The two Executive Customer Service Relations Rep who handled my case was the worse, they must get these people off the street because they have no retail training or customer service professionalism. Ms. Barry the CEO should be ashamed of herself…Soon as a customer say Attorney, they state the dumbest statement to customers, “If you say your getting an attorney, I have to let my legal department take over” knowing damn well that legal have know clue of what is going on until they receive the complaint…
