Total Tech team members are idiots and don't know what they are talking about. The "protection" plan is a joke and they change each time what they will cover and what they won't. I just had a tech refuse my service call as a result of my total tech membership problems. They don't care and one person will tell you one things and then the other person tells you another thing - that is if you can get ahold of someone without waiting an hour plus on the phone. I was also disconnected several times (conveniently enough) and they don't take notes so I had to go through my issues over and over. DO NOT GET TOTAL TECH - they are worthless and mean! When I asked for a refund since they can no longer help me, while they said they would give me a partial refund, they stated that I would lose all my protection plans I have in place!!!! OMG talk about a rock and a hard place. So, I could not cancel....The throw obstacles at every corner, making things much more difficult, not efficient and a total waste of time. BUYER BEWARE _ CUSTOMER NO SERVICE!!!!!
