It is LITERALLY impossible to get in touch with a customer service person in a store. How would I know? Because I just called customer service 6 times today. I called the specific store, got redirected to India. Explained to India my problem and they redirected me... back to India. I had a very specific question that required I speak to a person in the specific store I called and its impossible to get a hold of them.
I've been a loyal customer for years but this is just appalling service. Really makes me consider cancelling my store card and Total Tech Protection if this is how they treat their "valued" customers.
