I have been trying for a week to get a radio bought and installed through best buy, and nothing has been accomplished. I have been to the store three times and can never speak with anyone. Calling is just as fruitless.
This is supposed to be the home of the geek squad, who knows about technology.
Tha is not so with best buy. needless to say, that not only has best buy lost this sale, but they have lost me forever as a customer.
