I attempted to purchase a dishwasher online. I was on the phone from 330to 630 because they messed up my order and could not tell if I was charged. I spoke to upwards of 8 associates. To finally be told I was not even charged for what I thought I purchased, but the associate did set me up to install nothing apparently. My grape is that I was on hold 3 hours just trying to buy a dishwasher. I will not be shopping there anytime soon. No one could help, and when I asked for the corporate number I was given the same number to geek squad.
