Worst experience with Best Buy and their geek squad in Boca Raton, Florida! I came with minor problem on my computer, it needed clean up and tune up only. I was told by their sales rep that it would be most convenient to join their membership for $213.64 for one year otherwise I will have to pay much more for the ONE time "clean up". This would give me also ONE year assistance should I need any! I trusted him and agreed to it NOT knowing that they will actually steal my card information and start charging me annual renewal! I am now paying for trusting one of their workers who tricked me amazingly! I would never give permission for renewal much less for auto charge on my credit card! I never do that! This was suppose to be ONE YEAR service only! I disputed the charge, but BEST BUY is fighting back claiming that I never canceled with them, so they are entitled of the payment! Yes, I never canceled, because I did not know I have to!!! Know, that I will fight back, because this is simply wrong on so many levels. I used to love shopping in Best Buy and would recommend it to all my friends and family. I can guarantee you now, that you will never see me at any of Best Buy stores ever again!
