If I could rate them 0 stars I would. We bought over $1200 in merchandise and Lucas (cashier at Fairview Heights, IL location) had told us about the Best Buy member program for $199 a year. We did this as we wanted two tvs mounted and were told it would be $250 to mount each tv and an additional fee in order to come out to our house due to distance. We figured this way we would save some money. Our first appointment was for September 9 scheduled by Lucas. We received a call on the 10th stating that they double booked us and could come the 13th. They show up and mount one tv, the other mount didn’t work for our tv so they reschedule for the 20th (today) We now receive a call that said person is sick and won’t make it out today but has openings early next month. Here we are 3 weeks later and once again have to reschedule. I work in customer service daily and I’ll tell you, if I acted how their customer service reps acted I wouldn’t have a job. The WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with. I cannot express to you to go somewhere else, do not waste your time and money on Best Buy.
