I knew better than to go to Best Buy based on numerous past experiences. But…..the store is conveniently located and there does not seem to be an alternate place to go. This time I purchased a new TV and sound bar. I waited 45 to even be waited on. I purchased service to remove old TV from wall mounting and installation of sound bar. They appointment time was an 8 hour window, and no one called to narrow the time frame. The installer advised me that neither purchase was suitable. I need to return the sound bar, and the TV does not have appropriate electronics to use a sound bar. I went back to the store, but they could not process the return that day,,,,I need to return another day! I am out $800, and am absolutely no where with the new TV project. More than aggravating!
