On 9/12/22 I purchased a pair of Google Pixel Bud Pros for $212.29 from BestBuy.com. Unfortunately the package was lost in the mail due to a mis-delivery. USPS has provided written documentation that they know they lost the package and even know where they misdelivered it to, but that they cannot recover it. BestBuy is refusing to replace the item or refund me. "It was delivered to someone, so its not our problem".
