I will attach my purchase history which includes the purchase in question and 9 laptops for my company since 1/30/2020. AT ALMOST 72 YO, I CAN STATE UNEQUIVOCALLY THAT THIS IS INFINITLY WORSE THAN ANY CUSTOMER SERVISE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. OVER A 3:23:41 HOUR PHONE CONVERSATION, I SPOKE WITH ELEVEN (11) REPRESENTATIVES WITH NO RESOLUTION. ALL HAD STONG ACENTS WITH SOME ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO UNDERSTAND. After 55 minutes, I spoke with representative number six, who was able to tell me why my TV scheduled delivery and order was cancelled. She tried to find a replacement but eventually passed me own to rep number 7. Representative number 10, started to feel some sympathy and stated that they were just passing me around to different representative and no one was going to put me through to anyone with authority. He transferred me one more time. The rep would put me on hold and talk to a supervisor. When I asked to speak to the person she was consulting with. She stated that they just went home. I was so tired, I finally gave up. Rep #11 called me today about 15 minutes later than promised. She finally agreed to have a person with knowledge of Best Buy practices to call me.
