Best Buy, precisely the one at king Plaza is the worst place to buy your stuff. I bought a tv, and I put a warranty for 2 years. After a year my tv stopped working, I went to Best Buy nobody was on the counter for few minutes, finally when I got someone to address the issue they told to call Geeg Squid. I called them they made an appointment for next week for 1 pm to 5 pm. When the time came, I stopped all my activities to wait for the Geeg Squid, they didn't show up. When I called them they told me to wait for 24hrs to make another appointment. I called Best Buy to adress the issue again, when I spoke to someone they hanged up the phone on me. Please it's not a place to buy your stuff. The TV has been on the floor for 2 weeks, and I don't know when they are going.
