If it were possible I'd give the Sandy store customer support / manager 0 stars, 1 is more than deserved. Stone cold with no people skills and no effort in remotely trying to be interested in the situation and where a loyal customer of over 15 years is coming from. Customer support at Best Buy has not been much better. Promises of special support teams reaching out to you with no signs of any of such thing after several attempts in reaching back out to them. As if they try to avoid me as a customer so the next support person can deal with my issue with my rewards points. This is not acceptable, especially not to an Elite Rewards member. Best Buy support team, I'll be happy to discuss and settle this review, but as of now a 1 star is overrated !!! Very disappointed in what used to be my favorite store in which I will not purchase anything unless there is some kind of effort from Best Buy.
