Checked online for a TV at my local store computer said they had 4 in stock. Went there service person told me none were in stock, so who sold them in 15 minutes from me reading online to get to the store. Sold me an "open box" unit for about the same price. I got it home NO CONTROLLER, put it back in the box took it back...I asked for the manager and he was a total ass. Very indifferent and couldn't care less about my satisfaction. I will NEVER go to Bestbuy again, this is the third time in 5 years I've had this kind of response from them. Off to walmart got the TV and it worked fine got the TV 4K Ultra for 60.00 less
