Purchased a computer from Best buy on Friday. After my credit card was run the salesman said they did not have it in stock and would need to ship from another store to my home, but I would receive it via FedEx the following day Saturday. It did not arrive so, Sunday I returned to the store and was told the computer was packaged and ready for shipment, but FedEx had already come on Friday so it didn't make the shipment pickup. I was also told FedEx does not pick up on Saturday or Sunday so it would be shipped Monday. On Monday checked the Best buy website which said my computer was shipped on Friday. FedEx package tracking said they have never received the package that a ticket had been created on Friday, but computer was never given to them. Talked to customer service at the store and national customer service they don't know where the computer is but refuse to refund my Money because a FedEx ticket had been generated. I had to send documentation to my credit card to dispute the charge. Still don't have a computer and BestBuy charged almost $1,500.00 to my credit card.
