As I’m reading others comments this is something do on a daily basis!!!!! So here’s my story. Let my start by saying I’ll never order anything from these people ever!!! First I order my son pc for Christmas that was suppose be delivered today 11/30/22, I receive a email this morning stating it won’t be delivered until 12/14/22 but I had the option to pick up at store which was a lie!!! Call customer service they no help don’t let you speak to a manager or anything also Mr William if that’s his name hung up in my face without resolving my issue. I’ve also ask Mr Willam for his ID number he state that he’s not allowed to give me any information on his self which I don’t understand. Best Buy is the worst!!!!! Save your money don’t order anything from them!!!
