If I could give a zero I would. The worst customer service experience ever. I ordered a computer from best buy online on 11/25/22 they shipped it FedEx on 11/28/22 it was marked delivered no signature required. Obviously someone stole it. I never received it. It has been one month since. I have been promised a replacement computer by 10 different customer service agents and their supervisors. It never shipped. Finally I said I will pick up from the store and it has been pending for the last 6 days. I call up again today and was told it would be ready in one hour. Now I call up and they say they are "preparing" the order whatever that means. All the while apologizing and understanding my frustration. As if they could. This was a present for my son. Now they have my computer and my money and refuse to issue a credit. What a horrible experience. I now have to dispute via the credit card I used. What a scam!! cannot wait for them to go bankrupt!!
