Worst experience ever !! Purchased a brand new Onkyo home theater receiver. My new in home theater was built with all components in another location . Well Onkyo builds their new TX-NR6100 remote control with a different frequency so it cannot be used in a different location with an infrared extender. Remote only works if pointed in a direct line in same room. After 4 hours of wasted time Best Buy has put me on a wild goose chase back and force with different department all with the same results. $800 for a brand new receiver and I have go to the other room to control the receiver. So aggravating !!! My last Onkyo worked fine but this upgrade does not . No more business from me for Best Buy .
