DO NOT BUY AN APPLIANCE HERE !!!! I purchased a refrigerator at Best Buy and it will be the last item I buy through them. They missed my delivery date and expected me to wait two more days after the original day without any regard to how they had inconvenienced me. I tried to escalate the issue and all I got was an email with my new delivery day. Total disregard for the customer and total lack of accountability for their actions and those of the delivery company they use to deliver their product. Do yourself a favour, buy at Home Depot, you’ll get better service. Don’t be fooled by their pricing strategy (a few dollars less than the rest). It’s a ploy to get you to buy from them. Trust me, it wasn’t worth the $ 20 I saved. Cost me way more in lost time and the stress they caused when they insinuated that I was lying.
Customer service is also useless. They have to follow policies and cannot deal with customer service issues. I don’t understand, isn’t that their job? They basically answer phones to listen to irate customers. Escalating your problem also won’t help as managers do not call you back.
This is a sinking ship that won’t be around much longer since they don’t get the meaning of customer service.
