I canceled my Bestbuy year ago in 2019 and Just applied for new one in December 2023.I bought a camera the same month.They told me I ‘ll get 10% reward for first time purchase.But I only got 5% back.I spent time with customer service and they said will give me another 5% back in four business days.But I received nothing in one week.I called back ,gave the approval ID number 327659395 which I was given a week ago.The reason is my new BestBuy Account linked with the old one which was closed year ago.Sale representative told me one story and customer service representative told me different story.BestBuy is big company should help customer when their employees bve misleading information.I feel cheated very much!
