Anyways, Ana was so personable, knowledgeable, professional, and thankfully, patient during the process of prepping my new Lenovo laptop. And by the way her supervisor treated her, I could tell she was a valued and treasured employee. So, you can bet if I have any further needs for technical assistance or electronics, I will be rushing to Best Buy (and also checking to see if Ana is available).
