When I came back to pick up my two computers, I had the pleasure of working with Jonas Bagwell as my service representative. Jonas spent the time needed to answer all my questions and to help me by installing the programs I needed to do my work. He educated me on several things and assisted with excellent advice on others. I appreciated his time, knowledge and expertise more than anything else. He was patient and could explain everything in a way that a beginner could comprehend.
