I purchase a Nest (4) outdoor camera which was installed by Best Buy. After about the second day the camera would go off all (4) I reach out to best buy installer he did not have an answer. I left a message for manager dfm he did not return my call I reach out to Nest they said the setting was the issue. I return the camera to store Nest camera and Geek Squad did not live up to my expectation. I plan on making a purchase for a security camera but I will not be purchasing nest are using Greek Squad. I also reach out to the consultant guy no follow up I text him on 12/12/18
