I'm in IT, and know what it's like to have a good support staff. Your support help desk is the ABSOLUTE WORST. After waiting 30 minutes, talked to one person who said he couldn't help. Called again, waited 30 minutes and next agent dropped me accidentally. Called a 3rd time, waited 30 minutes again, and next agent hung up on me. Honestly, I would give you 0 starts if I could. I also tried reaching out over twitter, and person said that twitter wasn't used in that fashion. I'll be looking elsewhere for future business based on this HORRIBLE experience.
