I bought a range online because it showed me a delivery date in 4 days. but the day before the delivery, best buy sent an email and rescheduled it almost 3 weeks later. I called and they were unapologetic with stupid excuses. and of course, it take them 2-3 days to refund your money, what a scheme.
Lost a customer for life.
