I bought Samsung laundry pair from bestbuy last week. They supposed to install them today. I called the bestbuy and talked with an agent at 5.30p today and have been told they are delaying. Dispatcher will be at my home around 30 min. I called again at 7.30 and another agent told me they need to reschedule it 5 days later from today. Agents does not much helpful he said he cannot help about dirty clothes, he cannot do rather than reschedule delivery. Is this BestBuy? Is this how you guys take care of your customers satisfaction? Welldone!
