You’re got to be kidding the WORST customer service I have ever experience in my life! I purchased a Television and the volume doesn’t work no sound. I called for help and got transferred all over for hours with no one helping me they just said hold on. They could care less about helping you. I am taking this back and I wish I could stick it up there you know what maybe when they feel the pain of having to lug the tv up in their house unpacking it hooking it up and then it not working and be unable to find anyone with a brain to help they will learn to be more helpful. Best Buy you suck!
