We ordered online with 2 day shipping. On the scheduled day of delivery, got notice that the order was delayed until Jan 9th... almost a month later. Tried to cancel but they claimed it was in transit and couldn’t be cancelled. 2 days later we got notified of a cancellation but when we checked our bank we now had 2 charges for the same amount without a refund. A day or so after one charge was refunded but not the other. The in store employees could only find 1 order, 1 charge and 1 refund but bank still shows the other charge as pending. Best Buy won’t work with us to get resolution and refuses to acknowledge the other charge even when we show it directly to them. Their managers and customer service reps were also rude and dismissive. We will NEVER shop with them again and neither should you.
