When we came to buy our new stove, the service was good. They especially told us that if something would happen with the delivery, it's not their fault. We were suppose to receive the appliance in 48 hours. The first try delivery, they said they couldn't park in the street neither in the garage, si they had to reschedule. This is a lie, we always have big truck parked in the street for all the delivery problem. They told me to wait for their call to reschedule. They haven't called me at all. I use the hotline, waited for 1 hour, to have some one on the phone. We did reschedule. The second time, they parked, and said that the appliance was broken, I was really mad cause it was more than 2 weeks and a half without any stove. I refused the product and call them for another delivery schedule. I just receive my stove, today. It took 3 times to have and almost 3 weeks and a half. This is unacceptable. No one has ever did some commercial gesture. I am really disappointed and I will never agin use Best Buy for buying my appliance.
