Went to my local Best Buy to get a new monitor. Wanted to have 2 at my home. Currently just have 1. They looked up the one I recently purchased and suggested the same one. Deal ! They said this one is not in the store - but it is at the Jacksonville Airport location - I can buy now and go pick up. Deal! I drive 20 miles to go pick it up and they tell me, "someone just purchased it". Um. No. I told them that the other store said they have 3. They said they have not done inventory in over a month and could not validate that. Um. No. So, I asked for a credit, and canceled the "protection" and went to Wal-mart and purchased the same thing. Sorry sucky service is such the norm, now. And, I saved money. No wonder Walmart works!
