Bought what I thought was a brand new smart tv (that's what I paid for) only to receive a heavily damaged box with a tv. No power cord, remote, base, screws laying throughout the box. Called customer service to find out that they're obviously sold out. The agent didn't know how to process returns so after being on hold for 30 minutes was told I would be sent a UPS tag and that I should expect a delay in a refund. They literally took my money and sent me garbage. So now after 40 minutes they transferred me to "Van" who instructed me to return at the store. When I informed him the stores were closed he replied with he didn't know and would send me a UPS ticket. Went to contact Best Buy card services to dispute the charge and the automated system proceeded to tell me that they request I call back at a later time and ended the call. I guess I won't be frequenting Best Buy again.
