Awful customer service! I ordered a treadmill, they said they wouldn't help me bring it up the stairs to my apartment, I basically called to see if I can pay extra to get any help but the lady on the other line interrupted me and said in a rude tone, it says it right on the website that we don't deliver unless you have elevator", I'm saying, I understand, I'm asking you if there are other options, she again says: you have to figure it out, it says so on the website.
She then hung up after I asked her what kind of customer service is this?!
Incredible. That's after they also hung up on me during the rating call. If you don't care about customer service, why even ask people to rate it?!
I understand the situation with COVID-19 at the moment but honestly, this was just beyond rude and disappointing! Why am I paying you money?!
