Awful customer service.
Ordered online and shipment hadn’t moved. Date scheduled for pickup still nothing. Called and now the item is out of stock. Was told to wait and if they didn’t get it in stock soon purchase would fall off. Why even charge a customer for an item not in stock and furthermore not notify them to these changes. Bad business practices. I would have never applied for their credit had I known how they operate!
