I purchased a tv a Samsung from Best Buy along with a warranty for 2 year The tv was damaged. I call up Customer Service to see when they could exchange or have someone come fix. They said they won’t be fixing it. So what was the warranty you charged me for.
I will not buy anything else from them ever again. I will take my business to PC Richards or somewhere else. I will let my friends know not buy from them again.
