I am very disappointed with Best Buy Online service, I placed my order several days ago and I have not received it yet. The issue started because the order had the wrong address. The address was right on my account, however, for an unknown reason, the package was sent with an incomplete address, and the package went back to the sender. I contacted customer services to request to get it back as soon as possible. They told me they will send it back soon, however it is already four days and I have not received it yet. It has caused me not only a lot of stress but also wasting time and money as the item I order is a tool for my work.
