I purchased 2 items on line from Best Buy. The total purchase price was $31.64. I was double billed for the purchase. When I called the central office I was told that both items were 31.64. They were 2 DIFFERENT items, one of which was on sale. The agent kept insisting that the 2 items were exactly the same price. But the 2 entries on my credit card were EXACTLY the same: SAME number, SAME price, SAME date of purchase.
I will NEVER shop at Best Buy again and I will encourage my friends and associates to find other places to shop.
